2015 Acura RLX Hybrid

Honda’s Acura division is preparing another technological showcase for this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show. It’s not an NSX Concept like last year, it’s a production car, a flagship of flagships, with efficient and powerful hybrid technology 2015 Acura RLX .

2015 Acura RLX Sport Hybrid gets its power and efficiency gains through hybrid technology is the future of technology. with this system they added three electric motors and battery with a 3.5-liter direct-injection V6 and 7-speed automatic transmission powering versions of the front-wheel-drive. As in nonhybrid RLX, V6 front wheel drive only. An electric motor drive the rear wheels, respectively, and a third electric motor generate electricity using the power of the engine. The RLX Sport Hybrid concept plug-in vehicle is not impressive.

In fact, Acura said they expect 30 miles per gallon combined fuel economy rating for RLX Sport Hybrid so economical. This represents an increase of 25 percent over the RLX significant front-wheel-drive, which is rated at 24 mpg combined. The hybrid RLX will be stronger, too. The total production of the system, including the output of the electric motor, is 377 horsepower. For comparison, front-wheel-drive RLX P-AWS gives 310 hp.
